Frequently Asked Questions

What do ELEVEN NINETEEN’s full-service offerings entail?

As a full-service interior design studio, we are passionate about executing design in a cohesive, holistic way. To that end, whether your project includes large-scale structural changes or the aesthetic reimagining of an existing footprint, we are involved in every aspect of your space’s design and transformation—from the initial conceptual stages and schematic design all the way through to furnishing and final styling.

**Please note that the following are outside of our service scope and offerings: procurement of organizational bins and accessories (i.e. storage bins, shelf/drawer dividers, etc.), and organization of personal belongings (i.e. pantry/food containers, bathroom toiletries, etc.).

At what point in my project’s planning process should I contact ELEVEN NINETEEN?

As early as possible. For the smoothest process, we strongly recommend contacting us prior to engaging your general contractor/embarking upon a construction contract.

If you are working with an architect, we recommend contacting us prior to the completion of the architect’s drawings. We will collaborate with them to finalize your project’s floor plan and material details, in order to ensure that both the architecture and interior design of your space are as cohesive—and tailored to your lifestyle—as possible.

Do I need to have a contractor on board for my project before contacting ELEVEN NINETEEN?

No; the design process begins well in advance of construction, so it is best if you contact us before scheduling your project with a contractor.

We are in the market for a new home and want to work with ELEVEN NINETEEN on the design. Will you join us in viewing prospective houses and consult on our purchase decision?

Yes; we are more than happy to offer our perspective on any home(s) you may be considering. Please note that these consulting services will be billable at our hourly rate, plus a travel fee (if applicable).
